These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jomain99 ("jomain99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jomain99.cam ("Platform", "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or making use of any service offered by jomain99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the jomain99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by jomain99 to a Player, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players on jomain99.
• "Platform" means the jomain99 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at jomain99.cam.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or won through gameplay that have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements and are available for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered by jomain99 through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become available for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on jomain99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jomain99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
2. You must be a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, or other corporate structure.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be employed by jomain99, any of its affiliates, or any company in a material business relationship with jomain99, except where written permission has been granted.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on jomain99 or any affiliated platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the jomain99 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly notify jomain99 support of any changes to your registered details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jomain99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. jomain99 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 are not satisfied.

All Players must complete jomain99's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. jomain99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including prior to or during gameplay.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport. The document must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, official bank statement, or telecommunications bill dated within the previous three (3) months. The address must match the information on your Account.
• Selfie with Identity Document: A photograph of the Player holding their identity document, with both the Player's face and the document clearly visible in the same image.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement evidencing ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., e-wallet account page, bank statement).

jomain99 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Where documentation is incomplete or unclear, jomain99 will notify the Player and request revised documentation.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jomain99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). Supported methods may change from time to time.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for e-wallets and DuitNow; RM30 for FPX and internet banking transfers.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jomain99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 3 business hours for verified accounts. Platinum VIP members benefit from a 1-hour withdrawal target.
• jomain99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems this necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

jomain99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 20x the bonus amount depending on the tier.
• Wagering contribution rates differ by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and sports bets 30% towards Wagering Requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jomain99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to circumvent Wagering Requirements; the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; and collusion between Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jomain99 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the Account.

All bets and gaming activity on jomain99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as displayed on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• jomain99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement, where obvious pricing errors have occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Winnings credited to a Player's Account following a voided bet will be recalculated accordingly. If the Player has already withdrawn funds in respect of a subsequently voided bet, jomain99 reserves the right to recover the relevant amount from future Account balances.
• In-play (live betting) markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other supported events are subject to market suspension and price changes at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• All slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. jomain99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jomain99 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to convert illegally obtained funds.
• Conducting charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith after utilising Platform services.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.

jomain99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to ensure the Platform is accessible at all times, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability.

jomain99's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jomain99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

jomain99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jomain99 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jomain99 is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, jomain99 encourages Players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
